I haven't been able to figure out how to recreate the radial menu bug, and sometimes it just fixes itself, and I also don't know how that happens, but it seems server side in some way because of how it works fine if im having internet problems.
And the Ship Drive seems to be game settings or graphics card in some way, I'm not sure, I've tried upping both model and texture detail but it didn't change anything.

Is that with the same dupe you sent before, or a different one? If it's different, it could be a different problem that also needs fixing.

This is fixed after the next restart.

It appears to work normally if im having connection problems too.
I've never seen this, is there anything consistent about when this happens (e.g. frame rate lag, high ping)?

I haven't checked the dupe I sent (I probably should've done that, I'll check it later today if I remember)
The only consistent thing I can think of is FPS lag/freezing when loading a galaxy or because I regularly Alt Tab into discord or chrome
Yes, it is still offset on the dupe I sent to you, I don't remember what the offset was before, but currently its offset below the ship.

I found a possible cause of the radial menu issue, if it is the problem it'll be fixed after the next restart.
As for the ship drive, it must either be some difference in graphics card behaviour (Nvidia vs. AMD) or otherwise, if you have any in-game overlays running (e.g. Discord), those have in the past interfered with rendering and broken things. If you do have any overlays, try disabling them and seeing if it makes any difference.

The only in-game overlays I have would be steam overlay. I have that AMD Radeon overlay that is activated with Alt R but I can't turn that off (I can't even change the bind so i can't use the tricorder vision modes :v), but it's been offset for me since before AMD had this overlay.
