I think person mentioned it before on Kaden's thread, but you should not post this in public. However it is true that lots of applications are being either forgotten or something. But person's nor the staff is to blame :

If your application has not been approved for an extended amount of time (over a week), it may be because you are consistently breaking rules, or just too young/immature. If you want to know why your application is not approved, you may ask in the thread.

If you did not post a message showing that you are back, it may be why.
