Stacker improvement
I found the improved stacker tool in the workshop and some of its functions are very usefull, could we add a few of them ? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...xt=Stacker

I've added this tool to the server, but also kept the existing stacker for now to avoid breaking anyone's radial menu/binds. If there's no problems with it I'll remove the old stacker at some point.
