I have a few suggestions for things to add to the server.
(I have a list of 15 bugs that i'll post later once i get around to it)
1: Looping Black alert sound from DSC (Maybe just the alarm part without the computer going 'Black Alert')
2: Have an output on the sensor array that outputs the targets star trek shield faces percent or value (Maybe make a checkbox that only has these outputs when enabled while spawning the sensor)
3: The CAP DHD Wire input that links it to a gate (so other people can't come in and place their own dhd to dial the gate, or so the dhd doesn't link to the wrong gate if you're doing something like a midway station)
4: An option to make the Atlantis Shield use the CAP Atlantis shield texture from the CAP Shield Core
5: A looping version of the Voyager red alert.
6: Scifi Shuttle Shield but for Ships (Maybe a ST shield skin or a plating effect if not its own shield type)
7: Increase drive limit for all warp drives to atleast 2 (So one can have the same drive type on a large ship and a shuttle/jumper/gyroship at the same time)
8: Andromeda Slipstream Drive (Probably hard to do in source, its probably easier to do the season 4/5 slipstream where the ship rides on a single quantum string instead of riding inbetween 4 or 5 from s1-3, but in my opinion, the s1-3 slipstream looks better)
9: CAP Railgun as a TSCM ship weapon.
10: Voyager's Intruder Alert from season 4 episode 16 (If it can be found)
11: Option for first person transporter effect
12: Let E2 use Planets as holograms again (SF can do it, why can't E2?)
13: An input (or whitelist) to the Atlantis Chair that kicks people out if activated.
14: An option to disable auto reconnect, or change the time before recconnect (I've been reconnected with 27 seconds left on the auto disconnect while trying to restart my net so i dont get disconnected)
15: Starfalls setEnvironmentSound() function but for Expression 2
16: Phaser types for the Phaser Strips (the weapon called 'Phaser' that charges before it fires)

Will be on the server after the next restart under sound/st/misc as dsc_black_alert.wav for the alert with the computer voice at the start and dsc_black_alert_short.wav for just the alert sound.

The sensor array will have an output per shield face when targeting a ship with a starship shield after the next restart.

All warp drives should have a limit of at least 2 now.

This was a quirk in how Wiremod checked for valid models, it should work now.

The timeout is controlled by the cl_timeout convar. It should attempt an auto-reconnect 10 seconds before this value has passed since the connection was lost (though it may detect a connection loss before the in-engine popup).

I don't see why you'd want to use that texture, it doesn't match the colour of the shield in the show.

This is supposed to match the phaser arrays used on Federation ships. Other races/energy types never used them.

Voth Antiproton does not have the same sound as Antiproton, your game might be broken or you're remembering incorrectly. I believe the Antiproton sound is from STO (It might be a pitched down version of the Antiproton in STO, they sound slightly similar)
To me, the anti-proton beam type doesn't sound or look remotely to its STO counterpart, the voth anti-proton looks very similar to its STO counterpart but sounds like regular anti-proton.
