Friend unable to join server due to 4+ year old "game ban"

Hello there,

Today as I was introducing my friend to the server, but he was unable to join with the error message "You cannot join with a VAC ban in your history" or something along those lines.

However he does not have a VAC ban on his steam account, but a "game" ban from the dev of an indie game 4+ years ago.

Would it be possible for my friend to be let into the server? I would love to introduce him to TSCM.

My friend's username on steam is "Minority Man", and his steam id is STEAM_0:0:85502526

I'm guessing the game ban is somehow integrated with VAC bans. I've added them to the VAC whitelist, so they should hopefully be able to join now. If not, do give us an update.
