Release Ship Name Display

Basically everyone knows of the "Starship Name and Registry", which is cool, but looks ugly in shadow, so, I remade it so it looks not-so-badly.

Note that it doesn't support dynamic lights or flashlights, not my fault though, if you want them to work, go bug person to add the ability to compute lighting.
