chaps, im not asking for this to me implemented immediately or even soon i just want the suggestions in the comments to be given a fair viewing and to be given thought by admins/those in charge of development.
I've seen others reiterating their threads for approval/disapproval of admins/owners and well i thought id do the same here.
Just to clarify the things i am asking for is essentially explained within Brent's comment:

So IF any new entities get added they should be fully optional and not be required to actually have a fully functional ship.
Anyways, something I'd like to see is some sort of new reactor.
Maybe a nuclear one which requires water for cooling and has a slightly higher energy output than the regular core does with deuterium.
Since it requires water, you would still need the original energy core to collect some of it.
This would make e.g. capital ships a bit more immersive since they would end up having a main and emergency/secondary reactor.
To balance the higher energy output the core itself should be able to melt down and blow up the entire ship once it runs out of water. Or maybe even have random malfunctions in general.
Another great concept are the batteries, as mentioned above in this thread. Maybe they could be spawned in and plugged into some sort of charging unit (by hand or with the gravity gun?).
These could be a replacement for the automated resource valves in some situations and possibly force people to further interact with their ships (just like the computer core and control chair).
I also feel like they would be much more immersive and intuitive to use than the current valves."
I completely agree with you, exept on Stargazer.
I think Stargazer could be more complicated, because we need to keep in mind a spaceship is not simple as a car, but maybe it's my dream of seeing more RP in that gamemode which talks.
When Person8880 will have time, we'll see what he will do of all our ideas .
Although i'd like to see variety in the stargazer systems indeed, I dont see the point in having a reactor outputting more energy as the one we have works perfectly well to power ships when shields active / weapons firing ( even with Strengh 10 of some of them ).

it wouldn't be a reactor powered by water, rather a reactor which requires coolant which would add a balancing factor to having one of these powerful reactors and allows it so the player has to interact with their ship more by keeping it stocked.

Water would be gone halfway through a battle especially if its being used to make deuterium and to cool keeper beams.

Why would one require Deuterium if this new fusion / fission reactor doesnt need any?
And generating additional oxygen is unnecessary aswell. So the only entity that requires water would be the reactor itself. In the form of coolant.
